There's been a lot about rainbows recently. In windows and in cars. On jumpers, badges and posters. It seems like they are everywhere this year.

The rainbow is a familiar symbol of hope in difficult times. And 2020 has been DIFFICULT.

We recently came across the American poet, memoirist, and civil rights activist, Maya Angelou speaking beautifully about helping others.

It struck a chord.
