Refund policy

We want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you want to return something, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For us to process the return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start the return process, the first thing to do is contact us at returns@abstraktologie.com. We will then contact you and let you know what to do to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  So, please contact us for any questions about returns to returns@abstraktologie.com.

Damages and issues

We do our very best to make sure your artwork arrives in beautiful condition. But accidents can happen. Please check your order as soon as you are able and contact us immediately if the it's damaged or if you received the wrong item. That way we can put things to right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you do want to swap an item, the best and fastest way to get the item you want, is to return the one you have. Once that return is sorted, you can make a new purchase for the alternative item.

Refunds

We will let you know once we’ve received and processed your return. All approved returs will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Those banks love taking your money quickly, and returning it slowly.
