HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ARTWORK?

  • It depends on where you are. We aim to process orders within 3 business days and most orders will be received within 5-7 business days.
  • Overseas deliveries can take a bit longer, and could take up to 10-16 days.
  • Delivery details will be in your confirmation email along with tracking info and expected delivery date.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

  • We use a mixture of the major carriers - DHL, FedEx and ParcelForce as well as local courier partners.
  • Details of the delivery carrier will be shared with you by email along with the tracking information. 

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

  • Yes, we ship all over the world. Unless you're in a particularly far flung part of the planet (e.g. Antarctica), all shipping costs are included in the price of the artwork when you spend over £125.00.
CAN I RETURN AN ARTWORK?
  • We want you to love your abstract artwork. If it arrives and it's not what you were expecting, or doesn't work in the space (this can happen despite the care we take describing each unique artwork) you can return any undamaged artwork within 14 days of delivery.

MY ARTWORK WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, WHAT DO I DO?

  • Oh no! Despite every care being taken during the shipping process, accidents can happen.
  • If your artwork arrives damaged, email us and we'll contact you to arrange the return of the item and a refund.

THE ARTWORK IS A GIFT, CAN I SEND A MESSAGE?

  • You are a wonderful and generous person. Thank you.
  • If your purchase is a gift, please include a note to us when you checkout. We will include a gift invoice and a handwritten message from you. Just let us know what it is you want us to write.

WILL MY ARTWORK BE READY TO HANG?

  • Yes. We ship all Works on Board in a complimentary frame (which will vary as we choose frames carefully to bring out the best in the artwork).
  • Works on Canvas are also ready to hang as the sides are painted and the canvases are fitted with sawtooth attachments.

DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?

  • Yes, we do. If you've seen an artwork you like, but perhaps it's sold, or you want a slightly different palette of colours or style - please ask.
  • All commissioned artworks are costed on an individual basis and timeframes for completion will vary depending on what you request.
