How it works
Coaching sessions lasts an hour and a half. We speak for an hour.
For example, we agree a time slot of 10.00 -11.30am. This gives you 15 mins to pause, get a glass of water / cup of tea and find a comfortable place for the session. We have the coaching session from 10.15 - 11.15am. You then have another 15 minutes to reflect, relax and be ready for what comes next.

Anna is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS), Chartered Occupational Psychologist (CPsychol), with a MSc in Occupational Psychology.
