What inspired these artworks?
Mark Manson's book 'The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck' is a call to arms. It's not a manifesto about not caring. Quite the opposite. It's about choosing what to care about.
A vibrant set of paintings in teal and pink on a background of deep purple and blue, each one suggests a way to let go.
Let go of caring what other people think, let go of fearing failure, let go of perfection, let go of comparing yourself.

Anna is a an award-winning artist and graduate of the Glasgow School of Art (BA Hons). She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (BSc, MSc, CPsychol) and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS). That all sounds very grand.
What does it mean? Anna loves art and is fascinated by people (and REALLY fascinated by people at work).
It's the fusion of these two loves, which prompted her to establish this unique art store: ABSTRAKTOLOGIE.
